I would love to send spam back to where it came from without my e-mail address showing up anywhere. Is there a way to accomplish this

I need an easy way to put calendar data into Palm OS format. For example, I'd like to put next year's Seattle Mariners schedule in my Palm PDF, but I know others who would like the same info. I know there is a way, but I don't know how to do it.
Also I'd like a way to convert plain text files into PDA e-book format so I can put it into my PDA and read it later.
I don't know if it makes a difference, but I use a Palm T/X that is running Palm OS 5.0.
Thanks

@murray, you could always use a different email address...There is also a free service called Guerrilla Mail (http://www.guerrillamail.com/) which will give you an email address for 15 minutes. I don't see the point of sending back spam though...not a very productive use of time. Just my 2c,

murray, you could try a program called MailWasher. I use an old version but it works fine and the website still has a free version for download. It allows you to see what email you have on the server before you d/l it, and has an option to bounce selected emails back. It's at http://www.mailwasher.net/

Sending back spam simply doubles the wasted bandwidth, and accomplishes nothing since the senders usually use bogus accounts and have moved on long before you see the spam in your inbox.

Google Calendar creates your pages in a .pdf file that you can choose in color or B&W, then download and print on any printer. If you don't need fancy headers, it's hard to beat.

A word processing outliner like back in the old DOS days. I used a clever program with the catchy name of 'Outliner' to create an outline, copy it into WordStar and edit if necessary—simple and straightforward. It was intuitive, fast (of course) and easy to use. Trying to use the Word outliner function is tedious, complex, profanity evoking, often unpredictable and tedious.

Hey Murray - The free version of Mailwasher does NOT include the bounce feature..you have to buy the pro version for that.
I do concur with other comments about bouncing being a waste of time + you are alerting the spammer that you have received their mail and the address they have is accurate and active.
One of the best ways of denying spammers access is the 'challenge/response' method which will send a reply email to any NEW senders asking them to verify their identities...most spammers won't be bothered. In the case of 'other' mail, e.g. news letters, subscriptions, etc. make sure to add them to your 'white list'.
Check out ChoiceMail Free as a good example of this type of protection.

Or just filter your mail by sending it to a Gmail account first, then picking it up by POP. Gmail's filters are outstanding.

To J.Boyd - Try out the online conversion site Zamzar.....will convert just about any video file format to another (including the ones you are after) and has the added advantage of no install/disk space used:

Hi JIMBO, thanks for the info about the bounce on pro version, I didn't check into it. Mine's old, and I'm quite sure you and Bill Webb are right about the manner in which spammers work. I can only say that for me, bouncing seems to help, in that the spam comes in waves - cycles- and after 3 or 4 days of similar junk being bounced back, it stops... (Of course this is my important email account, which has not been passed around as much as the others)... sometimes for a week or three.
And Bill you're right too about gmail filters, they are far superior to hotmail, et al.

Hey Brad - No worries mate.....and re bouncing, whatever works for YOU. You are so right about spam coming in waves, I use the MailWasher free edition and just keep adding them to my blacklist, eventually they are automatically deleted when I hit the 'process mail' button.....not perfect but then what is...
Cheers...JIMBO

DivxToDVD by VSO-Software for watching video downloads on TV is great. It's a DVD structure.
Is there a similar software designed to convert files (AVI, DIVX, VOB, satellite streams, MPEG, IVX, WMV etc.) to a compatible video CD file structure?
