I need software to inventory all my music, books, software, tools...basically, all my household belongings. There's a good premium one, the name of which I can't remember, but, before my old computer crashed, I had a free one, which, I probably found here. Needless to say, I don't remember any of the particulars about it. Can anybody help me out? Thanks...Keith

@Jimi:
Have you tried Miro yet?
==========
Miro 1.2 - Turn your computer into an internet TV
Free and open-source, because open media matters.

==========
Some people like this and some don't. I was thinking about trying it myself. Haven't had time yet.

Hi Keith,
Hows the music biz? I did find one free inventory manager.
http://www.snapfiles.com/get/
sof...oftwarecol.html
OpenOffice has a great database program called "Base". There may be a bit of a learning curve.
==========
Base enables you to manipulate database data seamlessly within OpenOffice.org 2. Create and modify tables, forms, queries, and reports, either using your own database or Base's own built-in HSQL database engine. Base offers a choice of using Wizards, Design Views, or SQL Views for beginners, intermediate, and advanced users.
Access your databases easily with Base.
