I need a freeware Clock utility that is similar to AlfaClock (www.alfasoftweb.com/alfaclock/). It was a freeware until May 2008 and now it has a pop-up window that keeps showing up asking you to register ($29.95). I need a simple clock to replace the Windows Task Bar clock that shows the Day, Date, and Time. I don't need a bunch of other add on features. I have searched many freeware sites, but haven't been able to find anything. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks AND, Thanks for Clif_Notes. I really look forward to it each week.
Bruce, AlfaClock version 1.90 is still available from other download sites. It works fine on XP and doen't have the Nag of ver 1.99

Your IE6 favorites are already written to your hard drive. You can find them at this location on your C: drive.

DSClock seems nice, has it an analogic display too ?
I have been using "TClock Lite" for years. The only think I didn't like about it is that it has no calendar. Then I added "QuickMonth Calendar" that Clif wrote up in one of his reviews. I did turn off the TClock tooltip option after I ran the calendar.
Don't worry about the Japanese on the web page. The application is totally in English.

I would like to change the color of the cursor in MS WORD.
When I work on a long document its hard sometimes to immediately locate the blinking cursor. Months ago I saw a little program that could do it but I searched the net for vain.

Thanks. One thing through. This little program changes the color of the MOUSE cursor in text documents. In MS-WORD it does not alter the color of the text cursor (the blinking I cursor that notes where you last typed anything). Do you know of any program that can do that?
