Just for future reference; Paige refuses to take medicine and has she was old enough to say no. It has gone into the juice cup with the apple juice without a hint of trouble (or pink milk). THe only small problem would be the taste difference between juice and meds - but we always get the one that tastes like fruit punch.
We are using cherry juice! I called the pharmacist during the debacle that was the Sat afternoon dose and she suggested the adding med to juice trick. It still took Leda FOREVER to drink the juice (almost 45 minutes to drink what amounted to 2 or 3 ounces of juice/meds) but has gotten better. Only took her 5 minutes to take it this morning, with exclamations of "Yum, this is good Mommy." Yeah, don't go there kid!
