Great list. Here are my favorites.

1, 2, 3
4. All of Us bores the hell out of me.
5. The Game. Pilots seemed good.
5. Girlfriends. A show that grew on me. Really enjoy it - including reruns when I can catch them.

6. Survivor. I don't know. I will see. I might peeped the first episode. If it is good I'll continue. But Survivor is some boring $hit.

7. Cold Case. I can enjoy better when blacks aren't being stereotyped. Overall, it is a good show.

19. America's Next Top Model. Great show.

24. Criminal Minds. I will check it out. I hear Shemar acts well in it. But I ain't to fond of blood and gore.

31. Ghost Whisperer. One of my favorite shows outside of Extreme Home Makeover. It's unsettling at times but I dig though.

32. The Wire. I don't have HBO, but a buddy LOVES this show.

I am totally hooked on Gray's Anatomy. I wonder if any of them are intending to be Purple Women - childfree? I would like to to the same kind of monitoring of popular media with this bent. You are right , these portrayals have a huge impact due to their mass appeal.

A few months back, we had a Guest Contributor on our blog about how a childfree couple was portrayed on one of my favorite shows, Medium, with Patricia Arquette.
