Gore is doing his slideshow in Vancouver on the 29th with some help from David Suzuki. Both these guys have been beating the GW drum for 20-30 years and they have a lot invested in maintaining the rhetoric.
Maybe I've read to many blogs critical of Gore and Suzuki - who knows - but if I was able to see the slide show, I'm sure I'd watch with a critical eye.
Gore and Suzuki are totally, absolutely invested in the CO2 as agent of great harm doctrine and it would just be too difficult for them to back out of it.
I can't help but get a negative vibe about the whole thing.
