Gravatar lovely. tiramisu is one of most fav desserts and i've always wanted to try my hand at making it. now seeing your clear instructions (with photos, no less), and simple recipe, i'm so tempted to make some right now. but alas i don't have kahlua... heh.. how? it would taste diff without coffee liquer, no? anyway good job on the tiramisu, i'm sure it tasted great!

Gravatar Hi Colin,
wow, your recipe is completely different to the one I use to make! I posted about it last week, in case you're interested. Looks delicious nevertheless And the amount might just be right for my "tiramisu-hunger"... which is always present!

Gravatar Hey Cheryl...you could probably just leave it out, or if you have some other liquer like rum you could use that? I actually had more photos (including adding sugar and whipping cream and other inane things), but I thought my blog might crash. Thanks, but most of the credit goes to my sis...I was merely helping.

Hi Nicky, I think tiramisu is one of those things every other Italian grandmother had her own secret recipe to. Yours looks very personal, I like!

Gravatar hmmm, where does the whipping cream go?
