It used to be affiliated to, if not owned by, Les Amis, but I'm not sure what the relationship between them is now.
dear colin, your french is kinda strange. it should read 'le diner chez sebastien' or 'le diner au restaurant sebastien'.
Noted and amended. It's not so much strange as extremely rudimentary.
