$43, I almost always never choose their recommended dessert since it's usually something as unexciting as chocolate molten cake or profiteroles.

I've read the response. It seems very crude and unpleasant, and I'm not surprised to see it originates from Brooklyn.
Service staff everywhere have it hard; that's not an excuse for doing a bad job.
