Then again, it IS a Catholic School, so they CAN do what they want too.

This is ironic. Her mother's extremism got the drama teacher fired for doing what she believes is correct (escorting women past religious fanatics). Now, it might appear that Katelyn could have been expelled for events leading from the actions she and her mother believe to be correct.
Neither should have been removed from Loretto in my opinion. The nuns should have told the Bishop "Thanks but no thanks" when he urged them to let Ms. Bain go. And, they also should have done all they could to make sure Loretto remained accommodating to Katelyn's education.
This is absurd!!!

The Sills family should be excercising more restraint, AT THIS TIME, giving the possiblity that lawsuits are involved.

I dont know much about this story, all I know is, Katelyns mom got a teacher fired for doing something that nobody would want to do. I had a friend that went to one of the Planned Parenthood places to get her prenatal exams. I know women go there to get pregnancy tests also. How did Miss Katelyns mom know that the lady wasnt escorting someone that was having one of these done? I am offended by rtl people putting their beliefs over everybody. BTW, I am a conservative Republican Christian.
Debi C... I have a hard time believing that you are a Conservative Republican, because the sanctity of life trumps everything else to a true conservative.
A "true conservative" wouldn't want government telling women what to do with their bodies.
