I'd love to use them in the girls' rooms as extra nightlights, especially in parts of the rooms where I need to see after the girls are in bed.

Count me in. I'd give these to my daughter. She's changed the meaning of bedtime into time to lay in bed all night and read.

I'd use them in the laundry room, the corners of which are not well lit. Or maybe in the pantry, which, at night, is hard to see into.
My kids would LOVE these!!! They would love to put them in their lockers to let them know if a friend has left them a message.
I love the idea of putting on on the fridge to alert my hubby (who gets up and leaves for work an hour before I get up) if there is something important I need to let him know. I also think it would be a fun way to draw attention to school work my kids did well on.
I think the kids would have fun with these in their room too.

We are taking our two grandkids to Disneyland for christmas....these would be awesome to put on a necklace at night...in lieu of a glow stick.

I would keep a couple next to my bed for when the electricity goes out and the others in our storm cellar for when we have to run to our "hidey hole" when fierce weather happens.
I would put one on the toilet paper roll in the bathroom so my preschooler could turn it on at night when nature calls. He would probably like one near his bed, too! Great idea!

I'd put it in the bottom of the sink and let it flash while I give my daughter a bath. I know she'd enjoy it. It'd also be cool to leave a message with the light flashing so my husband would see it. Neat!

My son has this thing about things that light up. I am sure he will scoop them up and have them all over his room. I have never seen a kid with more night light than him. (not that he's afraid of the dark)

I like the idea of using these instead of glow sticks. I remember really liking glow sticks as a kid but the fact that you could only use them once and the scary chemicals inside... these are a much better alternative, especially with Halloween right around the corner. Thanks!

I'd have my husband use at least one when the time changes and he rides his bike home from work when it gets dark (in the blinking mode, of course!)
I'd have my kids put them in their bag when we go trick-or-treating.
I can think of many uses! The most helpful would be in the darker areas of our home, to use so we're not tripping over ourselves to get to a light switch!
I think I would put them in the girls' room, by their beds. Pufferfish especially loves pushing buttons, so maybe if she could lay there and push a button to turn a light on and off, it would keep her amused until she drifted off to sleep! Little Bear, too... she wakes up a lot in the middle of the night, and maybe if she could reach up and turn on a little light, she would actually stay in bed instead of getting up and wandering the house looking for people to share their beds with her!

These are really cool! I would use them in my daughters room, as a lighting decoration and probably buy more for my bathroom toilet area-it sets back in and there is no light back there, so these would be cool to put up along the door archway.

i would use these for my son's halloween costume: a TV/Radio tower...you know, those red and white towers with red blinking lights at night, white blinking lights during the day...
We live in NYC and there isn't a light by my front door where I put my key, so I would definitely have one there. Also, I'd have them by where we take off our shoes. Finally, in the bathroom and as a nightlight for my middle daughter.

I would use them on tin can robots that I make with my grandsons. For eyes , nose, mouth, ears, arms, and legs, we attach hardware, keys, etc. with button magnets. The Dot-It Lights would be a great addition to the robots. They could then be used for night lights in their rooms.
