Kellie, I am so sorry to read this post. I know you are right about keeping it all a happy place & you are very honest and brave to put this out there. When it happened to me I internalized and couldn't bring myself to blog about it but you are helping people with your honesty.

Oh Kellie, I'm so sorry to hear your sad news!! You're right - no one talks about miscarriage, but it is so common. I had a later one a year before B was born. More than anything, I remember feeling so frustrated to have to start all over. It definitely colored my pregnancies too. After miscarrying, I jump at every little cramp even though I know that's silly.
On the other hand, it is certainly true that if I hadn't miscarried, I wouldn't have had B. I know there's no bright side to it, but you might think about the kid you'll have because of how all the timing works out.

you're right, no one talks about their miscarrages, or how common it is. Heck, the only person I tell is my OB! sad, but part of it is that it is private for me, and I don't want to talk about it.
