And yes, there will be only one entry in the final per blogger (ie: if you win two competitions, I will look at which ever was the closest and also give the runner up in that contest a slot in the final).

Plus, there are three "at large" nominees for the final.

Can someone explain how the Civilian Gun Self-Defense Blog is in the "Range Report" category?! I mean, yeah, technically I guess you could call link to a story on shooting a burglar a "range report" ("some sort of gun went 'bang!' and the backstop was this scumbag") but I don't think that quite fits...

(Not trying to rag on Countertop, I'm just curious)

Yep.

All those postings about the 4th ID going out and shooting guns. Only difference is their targets were a bit meatier than the paper we usually shoot.

Not necessarily Matt.

The results are constantly updated are based upon the number of ballots that come in with you at #1 (or in the case of a tie with you placed higher than the other ballots you've been tied with). They are constantly recalculated until one blog attains 50% of the votes.

Since voting is open until the 31st, don't fret yet.
