Congratulations to everyone. I'm flattered and content to be known as the "aggregator" of gun news stories. But I am certainly not the whole package. My range is rather narrow. I rarely put up range reports or rants or pr0n. I'm certainly not in the same class of "Best Gun Blog" as the others here. Perhaps my ballot space could be given to one of the other runner-ups who do a better, more well-rounded type blogging and would be more deserving of the title of "Best Gun Blogger" along with these other talented folks.
I'm with Jeff. I don't really consider mAss Backwards to be a "gun blog" per se. I rant mostly for therapeutical reasons. It helps me tolerate life behind the concertina wire here in the PRoM.

It's your call, your rules. And, hey, if I end up in 11th place behind those others listed there, well I can certainly live with that.
I'm honored to have been selected. Like Jeff and Bruce, my blog is not exclusively a "gun blog." Mine is more of a "rights blog" with special emphasis on the right to arms, so I don't hope or expect to win "best gun blog." But best commentary? That's an honor!

For many reasons, Lott winning over triggerfinger, David Hardy and Dave Kopel, is pretty crappy. Argh.
I'd even go so far to say that Lott should be removed from the competition for the blatant cherry-picking in which he engages in his op-eds. It makes us gun nuts look bad.
