I think I'm going to file a complaint to the OHRC...against the OHRC.
I'm going to complain they are heavily biased and in contravention of the Canadian Charter.
If they supply lawyers for one side they have to do both.
It's my "Human Right".

I actually have a valid claim against a Business that fall under the CHRC , my employer caused my injury and attempted to help me with some support to recover enough to get back on track.
But , the injury was much worse than the visual appearence of a minor
problem similar to a flat tire rather than a crash where the car is a write-off and never gets back on the road.
Since that time i have been tossed back and forth from the Insurance Company to the H.R. Dept where my medical records are secret and the rehab process prevents the workers from knowing my sensative areas that limit certain skills or work.
I'm not well enough to return full-time , and not ill enough for full support to slowly introduce me to work while having financial suport as quasi-disabled .
Today , there have been staff changes at my Company and very little interest to keep me on and I was offered a Severance package that includes the rule that I must seek employment full time and then get 50% of the cash balance left in the agreement .
But the legal fees and the huge line of whiners claiming "Islamophobia" and Racism has created the 5% success rate of a claim and then the long process starts to get a ruling .
This means that for every 5 actual victims in the line with valid Disability claims , there are 95 career whiners looking for the cash-4-Life settlement or a scratch-n-win $10'000.00 prize with no true proof of harm.
I'm not using my race/religion/height/gender/maritial status/age/sexual preference/I.Q. or any other excuse for my gripe , I just want a fair treatment so I can use my Resume to speak for itself during any Job searching .
Ironically , I remember when a lazy worker with bad attendance was let go and on that same day they applied for a Job with the Company in a different area and was Hired the next day.
I worked hard and had few sick days and came in 2 hours befor the actual starting time to check the system and go get breakfast plus read the daily news papers.
Me they want to get rid of , but the slackers they want to keep.
Maybe I wasn't dumb enough and the VeeP's feared I'd catch on to their scams whatever they were , or I was too smart and then feared me getting promoted and sseing exactly how stupid THEY were.
