Regarding your explanation of Gen 3:15-16, I think to make this stick you would have to show it from Hebrew grammar rather than English. You might be entirely right, but it is also possible that it is ambiguous in the origin. I frankly have no idea since I know no Hebrew.

Also, I noted when I had to learn the Russian text of Luke 2:14 that those translators, like most non-KJV Bibles, highlight that it is not "goodwill towards men (in general)" but "peace to men on whom God's goodwill rests." So you are off the hook there
