That is excellent Tom. I was just thinking this when I heard about the Afghan trouble over the Newsweek article about the Koran on the toilet.
Really, who give a &*^^% except some dipstick who is looking to stir up controversy because they don't have anything else to do.
As if trying to break a religious fruitloops psyche has anything to do with the general conception of Islam or continue to imply some "torture" bullshit that no one accepts here.
I was genuinely insensed when I read that.
I think the MSM has gone past the stage of just reporting the news neutrally to actually imposing certain perceptions sympathetic with our enemies. I guess one could call it ‘aggressive neutrality’, that is, manipulating positive and negative observations to the benefit of one side in the name of “balance”. This is something akin to the “reverse discrimination” ideology.
One obvious reason for this “neutrality” is the media’s hope of buying some backstage passes for the conflict as CNN admittedly did in the early stages of OIF. Another reason is the naïve belief that “journalists” are actually acting on our behalf as world ambassadors by pandering to our foes.

Kat & Larry & others, I was not so much offended by the fact that some fruitcake over at Newsweek had stirred a hornet's nest again by publishing stories which may or may not be true.
I was however very much incensed by the reaction of those dipshit f*ckwad Afghanis protestors. Heard they shouted "Death to America"! Who and what the f*ck do they think they are?????
Is it just me or are there other people who are losing their patience with islam at mach 2?
And Tom, on a related note, I read in my newspaper that the NYT is planning to be more objective, in order to regain some of the lost readership. Ha ha.
Read they are gonna hire people with military background for some columns or so. Who would have thunk it?
