Hi Jamie! I was surprised to see your post after so long. But obviously, one has to vent now & then.
I haven’t had much time myself for it. With break-neck speed that insane events are happening, it’s hard to know what more a person can say anymore. LUNACY IS RAMPANT!
“Obama is claiming that he "doesn't want to take over the Health Care system", but I don't believe him.”
The only difference between Rev. Wright and Obama is that Barack has perfected the art of speaking out of both sides of his mouth. B.O. is a pathological liar that has every intention of taking over every aspect of our lives.
Citizens should demand that the administration and congress attach themselves permanently to any bill and endure the same exact stinking ‘healthcare’ system that they inflict on the rest of us

It has been forever. I hope you have been doing well. I've had ups and downs, with the deaths of two loved ones during the last two years. I'm finally getting back on track now.
Yes I feel a need to vent. I've been able to vent a little bit by posting over on the "Barack's Obama's Teleprompter's Blog". But it is a blog for light-hearted banter and sarcasm and I hesitate to truly vent there. The folks that come there (most of them) have fun poking fun at the commander in chief's dependence upon the teleprompter.
Check it out - its good for a laugh or two. If we couldn't laugh every once in a while, we would go insane!

Between the Health Care "reform" crap, and the Cap and Trade crap, and the "Czar" crap, and bailouts, and whatever crap we don't know about, etc, etc, it will be a miracle if this country isn't turned into CUBA before too long.
And I don't think that our country is alone with these problems. Did you know that ACORN is setting up shop in European countries, and South and Central American countries, and in India and who knows where else?
This stuff is very, very scary.

Sorry about your loved ones Jamie. Losing friends or family members can really derail our dad-to-day routines as well as dampen our spirit for some time. The current state of “change & hope” doesn’t help matters.
If we couldn't laugh every once in a while, we would go insane!
You’re exactly right! If we can’t escape and entertain ourselves regularly we WILL go insane. My fear is that as we surrender more and more of our freedom to Big Government, we become weak and jaded. Once complacency sets in we get flushed down the toilet indefinitely. As you said “This stuff is very, very scary.”
p.s.-Totus…… Funny website!
