I too remember John from law school and run into him occassionally in court...and I guess I wish him luck in the race but I consider his use of the term "swift boated" unfortunate because it seems the swift boaters were people in the know who got it right - Mr. Kerry has never, to my knowledge, effectively refuted the book or the ads.
