Gravatar How about Michael Marcavage in Philly he was arrested.

Gravatar For preaching or for felonies? World Net Daily lists eight charges filed against the protesters, including three felonies and five misdemeanors.

The charges were: criminal conspiracy, possession of instruments of crime, reckless endangerment of another person, ethnic intimidation, riot, failure to disperse, disorderly conduct, and obstructing highways.
Do you have links to the subsequent procedural posture of these felony and misdemeanor charges, by chance? My search went nowhere further.

Gravatar I have the video if you would like to see it. Isn't it great to be charged with all those felonies for preaching? I'll get the details, but if I remember correctly the judge threw out most of the charges right off the bat, but nonetheless they were arrested and charged with those crimes for trying to preach at a gay parade or fair or something.
