Does this mean I can now break the law with impunity simply to make things better for my family?
Where'd I put that gun...

Craig, I guess you heard that they've reached their "grand bargain" with the White House today. I think I'm going to puke. But for some morbid reason, I'll be watching C-Span all next week to see the massive train wreck we call our Congress as they vote.
I want to get my hands on a copy of the text - they say it's about 1,000 pages - and that it has all kinds of triggers and enforcements, even tamper proof ID's. Yeah, right. I wish I could find a quote from Kennedy last year when they were debating their little scamnesty bill in the Senate and they started talking about the tamper proof ID's. He smirked and said something like, "yeah right, we were supposed to have those 5 years ago and the company we are working with is saying it's going to be years before they are ready".
The floodgates are officially open!

"When in the course of human events it becomes necessary..."
Maybe it's becoming necessary once again.

I was on travel yesterday, returning to LA, and wasn't able to post. I'm so mad, I can't see straight.

Why didn't they just call it the E-Z visa as you suggest, or DID THEY? Perhaps we are just getting the shortened version, "Z".
