We really do have to stop using the term commander-in-chief. He is CIC only over the military and not US citizens. That is the Republican's choice of term.

People like Frist are stains on our democracy. I think Andrew Sullivan had it right (and he was being too kind) when he said "Bill Frist must be one of the most mediocre men ever to have held the position he does".

People like Frist secretly wish to live in a military dictatorship where they never had to think for themselves and never could be questioned.
