Just suggest Mrs State stop listening to the ass. He can almost never utter one grammatically correct sentence.
Even if one can get past the poor grammar, what he's saying can make me scream too.
She and Mrs. F can get together. Mrs. F's favorite line is "Shut up, you moron."
You know, back in the unipartisan days, my wife bought me a book full of Bushisms but I just didn't find his stupidity funny when he could do anything he wanted. I just got really disheartened that Americans could have such an embarrassment as a leader. I have to confess, with the end of term in sight and some check in Congress, I've kind of lightened up. Of course, it won't be so funny when we send 20,000 more kids into someone else's civil war or bomb Iran.
I stand in solidarity with The Mrs. Except I can't watch anything that he does, and can't even listen on the radio. The mere sound of his voice makes me start groping for heavy things to throw. I suggest she either a) read the SOTU in the paper the next day (why? because she can read, unlike W...), or b) find a site (I use Firedoglake) where they're probably going to live blog it. It's how I keep the tiny shreds of my sanity that are left after 6 years of him...
I try not to listen to the guy at all. Between his smug, whiny voice, his stupid accent, and his atrocious grammar, "ignorant ass" would be about the most polite thing I'd manage to call him. Perhaps ironically, I'm Canadian, and supposedly bred to be polite (and not only that, I can't vote in your elections), but he really burns my poutine.
On the other hand, you now have the perfect thing to say to the next idiot who tries to run the "Why'nt those stoopit furriners learn them some English?" line on you -- tell them they should look at their boy in the White House first.
