I know, the whole time I was writing this, I thought of you, KDuba. The thing that worries me, even though I don't think counseling would help him "overcome" his behavior, is his refusal to go into counseling. Even he acknowledges that he has an "illness", yet he won't get any help for it.
Sometimes I wish we could really force people to get help. The world might be a little better place.
Wouldn't he have to be watching these children to know it's their urine? Good Lord, this is twisted and wrong.
I agree with you, KDuba. He needs helps and I wish we could insist he gets help. I guess they will let him go on lurking in restrooms and watching boys use the restroom so he can drink their urine, and hope his perversion does not escalate. Then it will be some child that pays the price for our tolerance.
There are people who drink their own urine for health reasons. It's supposed to treat "acne, asthma, hair loss, indigestion,infections, migraines, warts, wrinkles, and many other common ailments." (Urine Therapy: Nature's Elixir for Good Health)
I think I'd rather have all of those ailments combined instead of... yech. It amazes me the things that people can get sexual pleasure from.

This sicko lives down the street from me. Just to clarify:
He was "paroled" from wearing the ankle bracelet after just a few months, so he wasn't wearing a tracking device during this latest foray into public restrooms. He is violating the parole by being in a public restroom at all, though.
He has been convicted of raping a child back in 1993 or 1994. It also involved urine, etc....Not sure of all the details. He spent 2 years in prison for it.
His name is spelled Alan with one L if you want to find more info about him when you google his name.
His sentencing is tomorrow but I'm not expecting much since it's just a "misdemeanor" to do what he did. I am hoping maybe he'll be back on house arrest since he violated his parole.
Everyone here in our neighborhood would love nothing better than to see him in prison forever and gone from here for good. It's a really nice place to live, except for him.

OMG! Today, the day of his "sentencing", he was caught at MY neighborhood pool when pool employees notified police, they found him IN THE MEN'S RESTROOM!!!!!!!! And...he was NOT taken into custody. He was given some kind of a "written notice" to stay away from all public places in the city. ooohhh! how scary, a piece of paper! Absolutely ridiculous.

Considering Mr. Patton's record dates back to 1990 (a couple charges are for traffic violations), I would say he is definitely in need of some intervention.
