Well, I got out in the end. Didn't take too long the last time. Amusing, given that I got the same Indian Accent guy the 2nd time, and I pointed out that he said he'd be transferring me directly to cancellations.Once I got there, they were fine.
Yeah, well. I'm about to start posting lots of bits that I've meant to for ages now. I've been traveling too much of late...so I understand.
