p.s. I have joint problems too - I use THIS STUFF and have found that it helps quite a bit!!

AND it's non-greasy AND fragrance free!!

my mother and Sam use it too... they both have bad neck and back problems

I'm still working on Oper gang, just very slowly. And of course now I'll probably do a post about Frozen Shoulder. If I have to suffer I see no reason the rest of you shouldn't too. I'm generous like that. Don't thank me, it's nothing really.

The shoulder is hurting big time, so over and out.
