Daniel: it used to be amazing to me too, but I've seen it so much it no longer has that same affect. It just makes me sad, as Rebecca commented.

Lisa: unfortunately, there are A LOT of people like this "out there" - most of the time however, they don't go out of their way to draw such attention to themselves. Most of the time (in my experience anyway) they don't post with real names, real email addresses, or real websites.

Not much you can do with folks like this, beyond prayer. Since they already have all the answers and are absolutely unteachable or unreachable, you're pretty much left with leaving them, to the Lord.

I've also been on the receiving end of these people's odious bile. Looks like they're running some kind of campaign. I posted a link to them to Phil Johnson for inclusion in the Really bad Theology section of his bookmarks.
