When in college, one of my friends went out to her car and saw the window busted in and a body in the back seat.

She called the cops. They picked him up. He turned out to be a drunk frat boy. The police called her down to the station. She said she wouldn't press any charges as long as he replaced the broken window.

He just smirked at her and walked away. Never apologized. Never said thank you for her leniency.

A total Bush move. I totally know the type: they kiss up to get something they want (to get an A, to get laid, to get out of a possession charge, etc.), resent having to do so, and then talk about with their friends like they think they are con-artist/players. But they can turn really nasty in a second. Can't handle criticism. Refuse to accept consequences.

The sad thing is that the GOP has built it's strategy largely around this pathology.

The internal persona is not well integrated with the public persona and reveals itself separately. It is different than the performance of Mr. Bush with his alter ego at the Press dinner only insofar as the need for a separate physical manifestation has been removed. Here, we get to see the duality of the President embodied in one being. It is true that all of us have conflicting personality traits. But, emotionally healthy people have one dominent personality that is able to integrate the rest. Risking a Frisk, one might conclude that the President is either saying something he doesn't really believe, or he has competing reactions to the same issue that manifest outwardly and unbidden. For the first time I almost pity him. He is so out of his depth, so unequal to the mess he has created and so detached from the real world consequences of his actions that I'm sure he would just as soon go home and forget the whole thing. Well it's OK Mr. President, you can go now.

Did anyone else notice soon after they started taking questions Bush sort of dissed someone off to his left. He made a muffled comment like "oh no not you" and looked to his right immediate and called on another reporter. He had that look of disgust when he caught that persons image to his left.

Every picture that you see of Bush is with very red ears, red nose and red blotches on his face. This is a sure sign of heavy drinking. Look at anyone in their 50's that are and have been heavy drinkers and they all have the same condition. My Dad was a functioning alcholic and he had the same look. But, he was much nicer and intelligent than chimpy. As far as being fooled about chimpy's intellect - I don't think so. He really is as stupid as he sounds because he has never had to achieve anything on his own and he was too lazy to ever apply himself. And I think he's always been a sociopath.

They're taught to "always be modest" by parents who train them to pretend they're just average folks. Barely suppressed smirks, throughout. Is being dishonest and knows it. Immensely enjoys perpetrating a lie and manipulating anybody who might buy the lie.

Head down, chin almost on chest. Very interesting. Is at that moment conflicted. Shame almost emerges but is almost instantly repressed, is subsequently negated with above-mentioned head tosses. The complete series of actions is a demonstration of the supression of conscience. Taken in the context of his collective , historical behavior, it would indicate that speculations of his being a psychopath are probably incorrect, because the true psychopath has no conscience, it is absent entirely. Habitual, effective suppression of conscience by means of reflexive self-serving lying is the device of the sociopath. Goerge is demonstrating that here.

Pursing corners of lips, darting eyes and furrowing of brows indict grudging resentment at what he is saying. Extends upper lip slightly over lower, draws breathe, with what looks like and inhaled "uhm or ah", leans head momentarily toward left shoulder, then looks directly in eye, speaks: fight or flight moment of racing thoughts, bites bullet then says what is needed to achieve an objective. Follows with above-mention chin on chest. Follows that after a bit with suppressed smirk - a self-comforting manuever.

Overall: general attitude of contempt for those around him and those he is addresseing. Is telling a fragment of truth to advance a bigger lie that serves his purposes. Can barely conceal smugness in doing this; probable that he believes he is demonstrating superior intelligence and "specialness". Also probably believes his contempt is proper and fitting, a thing that is his rightful prerogative to hold and express. Believes his objective to have been masterfully achieved.

Sincerety appears to be absent."
