Dr. Schuller HAD a remarkable team. His transition to Robert Jr. took way too long, (attorneys had to get involved), and the new team that's in place has plenty of issues making the transition. Kudos to Robert Schuller Jr. who actually has the stuff to make it happen, but before he does, he HAS to get a new leadership team. They are locked into the fear that anything new they do will alienate the supporters, but nothing could be further from the truth. Be creative. Respond to the changing culture. Continue to innovate like Dr. Schuller did in the early days. The very original thinking that the ministry was built on is hard to come by there today.
