Gravatar How does this not violate the very rule the DEM's use around every corner of "Seperation of Church and State"? (although personally I do not believe the constitution ever stated such verbiage). This seems to me to be the very reason the government should not be dipping their toes into religous waters and is more of what is intended by our fore-fathers through the words written in the constitution. It is the very thing our fore-fathers left Europe to begin with. The government telling churches what to believe and say.

Gravatar The way to get this bill off the table is to ask your congressman to mail to you every piece of information about every bill that is coming up within the next two weeks and to send that out weekly to everyone in the area. To inform us how they feel about this and how they plan on voting. Even when it comes down to their overnight plans like raising their salaries. Add to that they must inform the people within 48 hours of any vote and then leave their e-mail addresses open to receive comments back from us. They would soon grow tired of it and let others do it for them.
