Gravatar How can a Pastor tell people that they are not welcome in their home church? Show me the Biblical principles behind that? My personal suggestion is to take all those who have been "ex-communicated" so to speak, and stand hand in hand and circle the church as best as you can and pray for God to come down in the middle of you. I can understand starting with a new deacon board and maybe doing the bookkeeping for a while (after all you don't know the stories this pastor was told before he got there) but God is, has been and always will be, about His people. You can't be a shepherd with no flock. I'll be praying that God's will comes through clearly and very soon. God Bless you all.

Gravatar i pray Gods will be done too...
i have one thing to ask-if the end result of what you do is not Christ then its in vain...its one thing to be right and a whole 'nother level to be righteous--so in this situation who is right and who is being righteous?

Gravatar Proverbs 18:17 (New King James Version)

The first one to plead his cause seems right,
Until his neighbor comes and examines him.

Proverbs 18:13
He that answereth a matter before he heareth it, it is folly and shame unto him.

Gravatar This happened to me, as a Preacher, on Sunday, August 9, 1992, because our church Pastor lied to intimidate me. I believe these church members and commend them for their stand. No Pastor is above God's law or man's law. Many church by-laws and states prohibit any Pastors or their family members from handling church funds. Check your church by-laws and state laws. If necessary, get a lawyer. But, prayerfully let God direct your steps. God *is* in this battle for His glory. I will watch and pray. Contact me any time as led. God bless and keep you in His perfect peace.

Gravatar this is a weird story , i don't understand why a pastor would kick people out of church ? there has got to be more to this story than is being told.

Gravatar 1 Timothy 4: 1, 2
"The Spirit clearly says that in latter times some will abandon the faith and follow deceiving spirits and things taught by demons. Such teachings come through hypocritical liars whose consciences have been seared as with a hot iron."

Ah, yes, weird indeed. It seems these days that we have many a denomination (or church) that feeds the idea that the pastor of a church is to be upheld as a man of God no matter his actions or words. They abhor accountability. A certain denomination I have been in has reappointed many pastors with indiscretions from one destroyed church to another. When concerned church members, who know scripture, call the "general overseer" of this denomination they are rebuked and told to submit to the pastor. Then the pastor is told who called and what they said about them. This behavior is sickening.

I take my membership in my local congregation seriously. I am a part of it as it is a part of me. I will protect the church even if that means coming against a leader, even the pastor. Not that I would blaze hell with a water pistol or air the dirty laundry over something, but I would take a stand.

I applaud this woman for taking a stand for her congregation, for her local church, for the greater church at large. We should all be so courageous. The church is in a strange time right now, tearing itself apart with deception and lies and we are allowing the Deceiver to enter in and wreck lives. Just as we no longer address social injustice because "it's non of my business" we also no longer protect ourselves or our community of faith. We have all become so detached. Would you stand up in your church if deception started to reign from the pulpit? Would you risk losing your friends or being arrested simply to make a stand for what is right?

Gravatar To all who profess to be Christian and in Jesus -- God does not fail. Man's failure is disobedience to God's Word, Way, and Will. Nothing is new. The same words being spoken now by Christians were spoken over my own like situation before and since *1992.* Discern the truth by the Holy Spirit. Christians who judge others harshly *without first fully knowing or inquiring into the matter* (to their shame) reveal their own spiritual immaturity in the faith, especially when their own next words oftentimes are, "You can't judge 'nobody.' " Do they understand what they had just done? God is real. God does speak. It becomes evident to discerners just who hears God's voice and who does not. God has given His people *their* choice in leadership, not His. "All leadership is of God, whether good or bad," and it is to serve His own divine purpose. People reject God's will to their sorrow. Preachers who do so will suffer a more harsher judgment from God.

To those who do not yet know Jesus Christ, He is alive. Christians and the world may want to engage in *erasinity.com* (look it up ONline) but God knows all things. That man and woman of God (whom He has called) will hear and speak when, where, how, and what God says. Discern. When in doubt, ask God about it and He *will* tell you. Fear God and His peace will sustain your faith in God to lead, guide, defend, protect, and keep you in His care. Let God be God in the land. Glorify God in the matter and every eye shall see a great witness-testimonial and manifestation of God's victory in their life, too, who question without wanting to know the truth of the matter. Live for Christ and let your light be the Word revealed in a dark and sin-filled world, because but for God, you "only know in part." Discern. May God's blessings and peace richly abide as you live out your steadfast faith in God to be God all by Himself.

Gravatar Jennifer - Thank you for the comment. It is so rationally obvious that there is more to this story than what is revealed in this blog! Evidence also being that no one reading this article is able to say, 'hmm, well, mayyybe I can understand...'
Where is discernment? Is jumping to judgement and condemnation simply easier? More egoically satisfying? Does it make folks feel 'connected' to the author and her readers?
Examine thyself.

Gravatar I go back to my original comment... pray for God's will to be done. Regardless of how the situation got to be where it is, this church needs a new foundation, and no foundation worth anything can be established without prayer.

Deuteronomy 9:15 "One witness is not enough to convict a man accused of any crime or offense he may have committed. A matter must be established by the testimony of two or three witnesses."

Matthew 18:20 "For where two or three come together in my name, there am I with them."

1 John 1:7 "If we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, his Son, purifies us from all sin."

Who is right or who is wrong is not the issue. The issue is that they need to pray for God's will to be done and humble themselves so that God can heal that church and the people, including the Pastor, no matter what the circumstances that got them to where they are now. This is a church in crisis and it's effecting the whole congregation, no matter which side of the "line" they fall on. Let's pray for them. Let's pray for God's will to be done. Lord, help them, help us.

Gravatar we Don't expect all of you to understand all of this, because some things
have never been told, Things we simply cann't tell at this point,
very personal things have been said to all four people involved.
But so far I am greatful to God for God's work into this problem
I praise God for his goodness
pat Church

Gravatar Is this a "purpose driven church" or a saddleback? If it is that is why older members are asked to leave.

Gravatar How is this possible in a Baptist church -- or is an "independent" Baptist church run differently than an affiliated one? In a traditionally-run Baptist church, the pastor serves at the pleasure of the congregation, not vice-versa. To remove anyone, whether a regular member, deacon or whatever, requires the vote of the congregation. What's next, a field trip to Guyana?

Gravatar This church is pastored by a Hyles-Anderson graduate. he is tryign to impose the Hyles methods onto the people.

For those who sanctimoniously point out that we have not heard both sides, that's because Jason Burrick will not speak publicly!

There is no good reason to have a law abiding, 71 year old Christian woman, a member of the church for 48 years, arrested at church simply for walking in and sitting down. Ever. It cannot be justified.

Expulsion from a church can only be carried out when there are two or more witnesses to gross, unrepentant sin, and only when the accused refuses to repent, so there has to be a due process first of confrontation and investigation. A secret meeting is not biblical. It is not a valid excommunication.

And then, formal notice not to return must be sent from the church body, not from the pastor acting on his own direction.

Burrick's actions are indefensible and entirely opposite the behavior of godly authority.

Gravatar this message is for Marvin Lindsay, i go to a purpose driven church and they have never asked anyone to leave. so i don't know where you get your information from ? you should not spread rumors .

Gravatar Looks like the enemy is gaining ground on this one. Now he has us biting at each other.

Lord, I pray that Your light be shone on this situation and that blessings be bestowed upon each and every person who has been effected. Please help us to be the children that You want us to be and to become more Christlike each day - with mercy, forgiveness and love in our hearts. Help us all to stop looking at and towards each other for the answers and to just look up! May Your will be done. In Jesus' precious name. Amen.

Gravatar There is a group of people who absolutely freaked out about Burrick being a purpose driven wannabe. None of them checked the facts, for Burrick, as a Hyles grad, doesn't even know what the purpose-driven philosophy is, and he would oppose it as not being Fundamentalist. But they spammed the local newspaper to the point that it stopped printing opinions on the Burrick matter.

There's an object lesson here. Fanaticism is always damaging, no matter which way it falls. Always check the facts.

Jeri

Gravatar i wasn't trying to argue with marvin i was just letting him know that he should not publish something that is not 100 % true . God bless you , Marvin.

Gravatar If this pastor is following his own agenda, it is unlikely that he is listening to the instruction of the Holy Spirit. As far as I know (and please correct me if I am wrong) there are no "Spirit Filled" Baptist churches and they pretty much follow the Baptist bylaws. These rules are made by man and not necessarily the Lord. God will withdraw His hand from a situation until we totally give it to Him. He cannot intervene until we take our hands off it. I stopped going to denominational churches several years and now attend a non-denominational church. I have found more love and less judgement than anywhere else. There is a book that is very good you might want to read. It is called "The Subtal Power of Spiritual Abuse", by David Johnson and Jeff VanVonderan. You might be interested in reading this.

Gravatar Karolyn Caskey have been taken to jail 2 sundays in a row handcuffs and all, orders of the new so call young preacher, this is a very little church that have never had any problems till this preacher took over asuring them he will folow their constitution they had for years, he agreed until he took over then inmediatley sent letters to the members that he wont need them any more also let go the lady who has been in charge of the church money for years and let her go saying he dont need deacons or anything that he would take care of that himself. Mrs Casckey was the bigest supporter of this church, even paying for the preachers cable including this new preacher so now there are no members, he control it all, money and all, Mrs Casckey sold her van and gave the money to this preacher for the church, she gives and gives and gives, when she was in fla for the winter he wrote her a letter saying the church needed $200:00 for something and she inmediatley send him a check for that amount, but when she came back from Fla and went back to church she was asked to leave, why? because she has learned more about this man and stopped all support from her, no cable for him either so he is furious and call the cops on her 2 weeks ago when she went to church, they took her in the midle of the sunday service, shame shame, she bailed herself out saying she would go back the following sunday because that was her church for 50 years and was not about to loose it to this man, so again he called the cops ant they took her back to jail, when the cops left with her inside this preacher had a smile from ear to ear. So the peacefull church has turned inside out, no member no nothing, the handful of congragation he hacve now left from what was there have tus turned in in his side, even one of the bigest deacons of that church for years and a good friend of Mrs Casckey is in his side now, he win people over, how scary. Well this lady is going back to church sunday and probably to jail for the third time, any idea what this church is turning to? think about it."
so is so much to say and to little space. Dont offer your ideas if you dont know what is really happening in this small church from a small town.
ONE WHO KNOWS

Gravatar Three things in general have caused the problem in Allen:

1) The congregation is not following God's Word in church leadership.

2) The remaining members are complicit in what the new-hire is attempting to do to the congregation.

3) A minister (he is NOT a pastor: read your Bible) who, if indeed he has read the Bible, has misunderstood everything he has read in it.

Gravatar Sometimes God's answer is "No". Especially as we are capable of perceiving.
Consider that perhaps His will is already unfolding. If it isn't, then there is something greater. I don't believe this. But frantic, pleading, desperate prayer presumes there is something greater.
Pray that WE CAN SEE the Peace, Wisdom, and Wholeness of Christ revealed in all of this.

Gravatar (quote) from Kathy's post on 7-20-07, as follows: "Evidence also being that no one reading this article is able to say, 'hmm, well, mayyybe I can understand...' " (unquote)

Comment:

I especially want Mrs. Caskey to read my link. I know she will be greatly encouraged and God will confirm.

I have testified here in several places of the reality of God's hand in this situation. God has kept me these past 15 years in the first such arrest in my church (1992). I sounded the alarm and Christians refused to listen to me then, too. I had made it known nationally. I understand what happened in that Baptist church and why. I am a living witness about what God will do. My own cases also involved Father's Day (June 1992), a letter, false police reports, Nol Pros (a dismissal), etc. AND a civil injunction to keep me off church (private property) based on the church's falsified trespass charge against me in 1992.

We continue to rejoice in the Lord's truth and in His presence. God bless.

My website link is: http://www.clergywomen.org/ dowel...well_cuffs.html "Minister Arrested In Church" (Sun., August 9, 1992).

Gravatar Marving Lindsay's comment about the church perhaps being "Purpose Driven" or "Saddleback" made me both shake my head in disbelief and laugh at your unfounded judgment.

Nothing about being Purpose Driven includes asking older members to leave! Your perception has been forged by misinformation, and undoubtably by preachers who need something other to preach about and condemn than the Gospel.

Gravatar Karo.yn plans to be at church this morning. Let's remember her in prayer.

jeriwho

Gravatar May our Heavenly Father keep a watchful eye on the whole situation and remind them all of His scriptural words. We ask for peace to permeate this congregation and most of all, for His love to prevail. Regardless of how they got to where they are at, may they all let Him shine through so that glory can be brought to His kingdom. May they be receptive and act on the Holy Spirit's promptings and may God's perfect will prevail. We love you all, brothers and sisters in Christ, and pray that this all gets straightened out amicably, according to His will. Be blessed, be filled with His love and be covered in a cloak of His peace. In Jesus' mighty and precious name, Amen.

Gravatar After reading this article, my heart hurt. I do not agree how the pastor handled this situation. However, the bible teaches us that the we are to love one another even in the face of adversity. We are all here on this earth but for a moment, and then we pass to better things in the Kingdom of our Father. Furthermore, it helps to remember that all evil deeds can't stay in darkness forever at one point or another the Mighty light exposses all evil and the evil doers. Ms. Caskey, my heart goes out to you and this trial in your life. Nevertheless, my sister in Christ I pray that the Lord will guide and direct you in the pass He would have you take. For the Lord will never allow things to happen to you that He knows you can't handle. So in these hard times continue to exalt and glorify is Mighty name. In Jesus Name AMEN.

Gravatar Oh, dear. I can't believe this sad story would help lead someone to say that there are no Spirit Filled Baptist Churches. I have been involved with several denominations (Catholic, Southern Baptist, Church of God, Methodist, Lutheran, et al.) and I can say with certainty that each denomination has churches seeking after God and those that are not. Just because many Baptist denominations and churches have bylaws (as do many independents or non-denominationals) does not mean they exclude the Holy Spirit. [Actually, my previous place of service, a Southern Baptist church, was more Spirit Filled than my current, which is a Pentecostal church.] There are a dozen or more Baptist sects just as there are many Pentecostal, liturgical, and non-denominational churches. Every church has a different personality and ministry focus. Being Spirit Filled is not a direct result of denominational status or lack thereof, but rather a seeking after God, proclaiming Christ, and leaning into the Spirit's leading.

Please, I beg, do not limit a church based on its affiliation. We should be unifying ourselves for the cause of only one thing... Christ - his fame, his glory, and his redemption. These times in which we are living surely require that the Christian church unify, not further divide. It is natural for us to gather with those of similar theological views, but to constantly be at odds with one another because of these differences is folly. As long as the basics are firm, that is God as a Trinity, Christ, and Salvation, we should move forward in charity and peace, putting our differences aside so we can wholeheartedly focus on Christ.

-------------------------------

And a triple AMEN! to those agreeing that it isn't quite about who is right or wrong. Yes, there are many sides to this story, and only the Omnipotent knows the whole of all things involved. I pray that the things to come will bring further glory to Christ in some way. I pray that onlookers, those not in this vast Christian family, will not be further turned away or hardened by these dealings. I pray that no one will be led astray by false teaching. I pray that the opinions in this blog will spur us each on to holiness, seeking God in Scripture, not circumstance, not agenda, not charged emotions.

Gravatar WENT TO CHURCH TODAY TO SUPPORT KAROLYN, WE WAS ABOUT 22 MEN AND WOMEN SUPORTING HER INSIDE AND MAYBE 10 OF HIS USUAL CONGRAGATION. I NEVER BEEN IN THIS CHURCH OR SEE THIS MAN PREACH BUT I HAVE NO INTENTIONS TO GO BACK EVEN TO SUPPORT MY GOOD FRIEND MRS CASCKEY. THIS SERMON TODAY WAS WILD, NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THIS, THIS MEN SCREEMED TERRIBLE, GOT IN THE PEWS (BENCHES WHERE PEOPLE WERE SITTING) AND PREACHED FROM THERE, THEN TO THE NEXT BENCH, THEN ARROUND THE ROOM AROUND ALL THE BENCHES LIKE A CIRTCLE, INSULTED SOME OF KAROLYN SUPPOTERS, CAME DOWN THE PULPIT AND STOON RIGHT IN FRONT OF KAROLYN WHO WAS SITTING IN THE FIRST ROW, RIGHT IN FRONT OF HERFACE GIVING IT TO HER, "YOU WANT ME OUT OF HERE? YOU ALL WANT ME OUT OF HERE WELL NO BODY CANT BECAUSE NO BODY HAVE THE POWER.
I JUST CAN NOT BELIEVE THIS MAN WAS HIRED FOR THIS PEOPLE TO DO A JOB AND NOW HE IS IN CONTROL AND FIRING THEM, I JUST CAN NOT UNDERSTAND THIS. GOING TO THIS CHRCH TODAY WAS A TORTURE JUST HEARING THIS MAN SCREAMING AND AND JUMPING AND KICKING HIS FEET, WELL I AM SURE I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AND AS I HEAR NONE OF THE SUPORTERS THAT WENT TODAY WILL GO BACK EITHER, WE WERE ABOUT 22 AND HIS PEOPLE WERE NOT MORE THAN 1O OR 12 INCLUDING LITTLE KIDS.
IT SHOULD BE A MOVIE ABOUT THIS EVEN IF NO ONE WOULD GO, LOL
Sara

Gravatar Then you leave the church entirely in his power. So now he will still have the mantle of church respectability to wear, and he will be completely free to hurt unsuspecting people. These guys bus in children to inflate their attendance numbers.

You CAN walk away from this, but there will still be hell to pay in your community if you do. You can't walk away from that. A bad minister is not a problem that can be ignored. In the end, the most innocent of people will suffer if he goes on, unrestrained.

Gravatar I'm still puzzled as to how the deacons were dismissed. Most church constitutions I've seen don't allow pastors to do that.

Gravatar Response to Robert --

The Baptist Church is autonomous (i.e., Pastors have no higher outside oversight by the denomination), and Independent Baptist Churches even moreso. Trustees are the church organization that are accountable to their state for business, corporation, tax, land/property records. Trustees are "owners" of the church property for the membership, which has no "legal" say over it.

Deacons are installed/ordained for the spiritual edification of the church and to help the Pastor. Many Men (and now, some women) appear humble and spiritual during their Pastoral appointing process. But once appointed and installed, they do as that Pastor did. They will "sat down" and/or remove deacons (especially the Chairman and other elders) and then take total control of the checkbooks, which is the quickest way for them to get themselves in trouble with the law -- especially when they yield to temptation and intermingle the church funds with their personal expenses.

From observing those tactics elsewhere, I believe that Pastor may be imitating Senior Pastors he has watched and may feel they are getting away with their abusive acts. Not so. The best part of all is God does not let anything slip up on His children but forewarns them of impending trouble. Remember this! Just because you (editorial "you") do not know a thing does not mean it does not exist. Be sure --- God watches and His eye is on the one whom He has sent that trial. In this we rejoice, that Karolyn is in wonderful hands and God knows her heart is pressed into His breast. Speak no more disparaging words but let her witness speak to your hearts that you will know just how much God vindicates.

Karolyn shall pass this test and glorify God, as she continues to walk in His victory. Can all of you do the same? I pray so. May God continue to bless Karolyn, her family and her home church!

Gravatar Thanks Sara for the article.
this is a very sick man, But it seems to him that he won. But no he didnt win. his plans were to get us all up-set so he could call the police. that was what he was after, why should we lower ourselves to this animals level.
and his followers. to follow him, they are as sick as he is. He ran around there like Tarzan trying to find Jane, told the men to get their wives panty's off and men you should put on your boxing shorts and start running your homes. and he threw the reporter out from Battle Creek. then he counted everyone there, went out side and counted the picket line, he told them they couldnt take a picture of him. but the reporter told him , Your on private properity, (Which he was) so she took his picture. Oh he put on a act alright, But that's his true nature, Very insecure man, and needs help badly. How could he leap from seat to seat like a nut and thing GOd is going to listen to him, I told him one time that God will put him to his knees, adn GOd will. and yes it is sad that he acts like this in GOd's house. People (SEED) the church sometimes and you will know who we are talking about, HE IS A ILL PERSON, I am proud of the supporters , silently sat there and let him rattle on, bad for him, he lost out again. he wanted to get us on to him, and then the men could have made saussage of him, but we knew what he was after, trouble so he could call the police. that was his only change to get the police back out there.and it never worked. we won . he lost and he will be lost one day himself. that is in hell to me he is a lost person anyway, he doesnt know GOd at all, Just a title to him and he thinks of power and numbers,
had his bluncer holding all four corners of the building, red camera lights glowing. some holding fort at the doors. Is this a church???
or a circus act in ALLEN, that whole town is sick of him. tell everyone you know about this man. it needs to be told of him.
pat church

Gravatar I'm praying that he is expelled from that pulpit. I am surprised that the Coldwater Reporter has not yet printed a story about it. But the Battle Creek article is great.

Gravatar the bible tells us that there will be goats in with the sheep. please go to Livingwaters.com and watch a video called true and false conversion, it is awesome.
Matthew 25:32
All the nations will be gathered in his presence, and he will separate the people as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats.

Gravatar Yes it is a purpose driven church. Driven by the purpose of a typical Hyles/Anderson dictator.
Soon swastikas will be worn by the faithful.

Gravatar This Pastor needs to be fired!

He should be counciled by the church board who hired him and told he cannot treat people that way! It doesn't matter if they are a member or not.

Also, women having to hold up a PIE PLATE to be recognized to speak? Uh-I don't think so! This guy needs to wake up, get real and pull himself out of the dark ages! He cannot treat women like that and needs to be let go.

I am just appauled! Maybe I'll have to make a visit to this church and voice my opinion in support of the Ms. Caskey also!

Gravatar Good grief, people... have we not learned anything about how to "treat" each other from the Bible? Name calling? Show me where that is acceptable in the Bible. Gossip? Where's that acceptable? I am not a preacher, pastor or theological expert, but I am a child of the most High God who presses into His heart and wishes to see His will be done and right now, His heart is grieved because His children are making such a mess of His teachings. I refuse to take sides here, I am not there. So I will do what I do best and that is pray. I pray that God's mercy, grace, forgiveness and love carry them all through and teach them an important lesson in the process. Really, what kind of witness is this situation making to a lost world? The enemy has contol of this one and we need to pray that God's control be regained. I pray blessings on you all, congregation and pastor alike. Put your personal feelings of righteousness aside and invest that energy into reaching out to those who don't know Him and then see how your church will prosper. Press into Him. Listen to His voice. Get to know His heart and then, and only then, will you have succeeded in stomping on the enemy. Have a blessed day! I'm continuing to pray for you all.

Gravatar You know, Paul was not at Corinth, and yet he wrote to the Corinthians that it had been **commonly reported** that there was a fornicator among them. Then Paul ordered the excommunication of the young man. He never rebuked anybody for gossip.

And in III John, John writes to Gaius about the harshness of Diotrephes, who was a pastor. There's no reticence in John to fully describe the situation.

This sham fear of "gossip" should be unmasked for what it is. When two or three witnesses emerge with a grievance, and their accounts substantially agree, that is NOT gossip. It is an issue that needs to be resolved openly and honestly.

This issue will not be successfully closed until Burrick is put out of the ministry for his open abuses of that office. Yesterday's temper tantrum was just the latest evidence he has provided of his unfitness for church office.

Pray for the situation, yes. Pray that the Lord removes him, and that Burrick comes to repentance and is discipled by godly elders.
jeriwho

Gravatar Oh, and I forgot another example. Paul wrote to the Galatians that he rebuked Peter to his face for consortign with the Judaizers. And Paul's narrative to the Galatians about Peter's wrongdoing was not gossip.

There! Now I'm done.

Gravatar It's gossip if you are posting it on a blog to people who have no stake in it. Take your case to the higher ups within your demonination and stop trying your case in the press and on the internet. Use the right course and then have that written about. There is not ONE THING that any of us who are reading this blog can do to remove this pastor if that is what God wants to happen. What we can do is pray, and that we are doing. I'm not saying you don't have a case, I'm saying use the appropriate channels to get the results that you want. May God continue to bless you and I look forward to reading that this has been resolved to everyone's, especially God's, satisfaction. Many blessings.

Gravatar Peg, I thought you understood. This is not gossip. It is the gospel truth being broadcast to believers and the world near and far. My exact case has taken over 15 years and counting. It is God who is rearranging things. That Pastor, I am sure, heard from God but chose to disregard His warnings. God chose Karolyn for His purpose. Christians send mixed messages when they quote scripture, advocate prayer, and then speak disbelief --- It is discerned coming through their spirit. And that detracts from the witness. Now is the time for believers to put into practice what they have learned about faith in the Lord Jesus.

Demonstrate the Lord's Light and it is He who draws all souls to Him. Inquire of the Lord and He will answer. Again, Karolyn has received the Lord's victory in this matter. This is between God and that Pastor. Karolyn is the vessel God is using. What a blessing. God will keep her in His perfect peace, because she has the truth of the matter on her side. She is doing what needs to be done at this time and God does direct her path.I have not met her but I receive her spirit as being humble and Godly.

Gravatar REV L.DOWELL: THANKS FOR THE NICE WORDS ABOUT KAROLYN, YOU GOT IT RIGHT, SHE IS EXACTLY THAT, A GODLY AND HUMBLE LADY, WHEN WE HER FRIENDS TALK ABOUT ALL SHE HAS DONE FOR THIS CHURCH AND ALL THE PREACHERS IN THIS CHURCH WHEN IT COMES TO GIVING MORE THAN HER SHARE, SHE SAY: THIS IS NOT WHAT IS ALL ABOUT, IS NOT ABOUT ME, IS ABOUT THE LORD AND ABOUT GETTING OUR CHURCH BACK, SHE NEVER BRAGS ABOUT ALL SHE DO FOR PEOPLE YES SHE IS E VERY GODLY AND HUMBLE PERSON AS YOU SAID YOURSELF. WE,ALL HER FRIENDS HERE THANK YOU.
SARA

Gravatar You can't take it to the higher ups in the IFB, Peg. That's the ace in the hole for these pastors. They're not accountable to anybody. They practioce a radical independence in which one pastor (or a group of them) will not even rebuke Independent Baptist Churches for sheltering child molesters. They absolutely refuse to act on behalf of the innocent.

And we all have a stake in this. Paul and John wrote to the church at large. No secrets. Those letters were read aloud in the churches. These thngs are NOT to be secret. Let sin be rebuked, and let it be rebuked foremost in men who abuse the flock of God.

Gravatar AMEN! And I thank you for the confirmation about her and this present trial which is for all who hear to then examine themselves as to where their own personal faith is. That's a good thing.

Sara, your comments blessed my heart because you witnessed to God's hand in this matter and that is what serves to comfort Karolyn and others and it draws others to God to hear and discern His voice in the midst. That is pure joy and that is what reaches down beneath the flesh and touches hearts! I thank you again. Spirits know spirits who glorify God in every situation. I affirm Karolyn.

Gravatar OK, everybody, before you bite my head off... Nowhere was I mentioning anything against Karolyn. What got me ticked were some of the following comments, and I quote:

Yes it is a purpose driven church. Driven by the purpose of a typical Hyles/Anderson dictator.
Soon swastikas will be worn by the faithful.

Is this a church???
or a circus act in ALLEN, that whole town is sick of him. tell everyone you know about this man. it needs to be told of him.

etc. Talking about swastikas, name calling (no matter who is right or wrong), saying that he (the Pastor) doesn't KNOW God, etc. are NOWHERE endorsed in the Bible. I never, ever, mentioned that I didn't agree with Karolyn, but to stand by and watch a sheep (and yes, Pastors are sheep too) who has obviously gone astray be annialated is not something I can stand by and say nothing about. Perhaps I wasn't clear enough about what was getting to me. Sorry. I hope this gets resolved, I really do. It's a tragedy. I admire Karolyn's courage. What I don't admire is the "smacking down" of the Pastor by name calling etc. Nowhere have I read that Karolyn has done that. Nowhere have I backed the Pastor's actions up - they are wrong... but so are "some" of the respondents. Show me where Paul (or anybody else for that matter) took his case "to the press" to obtain his objectives. He kept it between himself and the people involved. The Bible is the accurate recording of the events - not the press - so please don't go there. I'm not trying to add insult to injury here.

2 Corinthians 13:11
"Finally, brothers, good-bye. Aim for perfection, listen to my appeal, be of one mind, live in peace. And the God of love and peace will be with you."

Gravatar Paul and John both took their cases to the church at large. I've already pointed that out. Paul directed his comments about Peter to the entire church at Galatia, and they were not even IN Antioch where Peter was consorting with the Judaizers. John writes broadly about Diotrophese to Gaius, who was not in Diotrophese' church

In fact Paul, writing to Philemon about the slave Onesimus, broadly hinted that Philemon should free Onesimus in a letter read out loud to the entire church and to other churches. So yes, men of God did take their case "to the press". Issues in one church did jump the bounds to every other church in Christendom.

Jude called false teachers among the Christians blemishes on the feasts of love.

This is not a case of Burrick sinning, grieving, repenting, and being suitable for discretion. He is openly in rebellion against God's laws for elderhsip, cruel in his bearing, defiant against those he ought to treat with dignity. And his open tyranny absolutely should be rebuked by Christendom at large, just as Paul called for the church-wide rebuke of Peter.

Gravatar I thought the Coldwater Reporter and the Battle Creek Enquirer were secular papers. If they are indeed part of "Christendom at large", my apologies. And I'm sorry that my comments were misunderstood since nowhere have I or do I endorse this pastor's actions. Quite frankly, after reading all that has been said here, I will never set foot inside any Independent Baptist Church. I just wonder how many non-believers will never set foot inside of any church, thinking that this is the norm instead of the exception.

1Peter 4:8 - Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins.

Gravatar (Someone here wrote and I quote, in part):

"Show me where Paul (or anybody else for that matter) took his case "to the press" to obtain his objectives. He kept it between himself and the people involved. MY RESPONSE:
If Peg did not state that (above), then I apologize for attributing it to her.

The Bible is a large "Press Release" by and from God to the church. Would you agree that "Everything Jesus said and did was not written in the Bible?"

Without the biblical accounts of Paul's (and other) conquests and victories broadcast throughout the land, today we would not have known about them in this time, with their examples left for our admonition.

Even today, believers are being given mandates from heaven, because God is alive. He has forewarned Shepherds who fleece sheep. Preachers called by God understand the dangers they face from God with a harsher punishment by God, if they are disobedient to Him.

Generally, Christians get in trouble when they use Scripture to proof text their own words. We are watching Spiritual Warfare in action and it cannot be discerned with the natural mind. Use this to teach onlookers (who do not understand) that God is not only a God of love but He is also a God of wrath to be greatly feared --even with a Godly fear to know He alone is God. Watch God work.

In this unfolding trial, Karolyn did talk to the Pastor who refused to hear. Then, she did talk to the elders along with witnesses (who could not help her resolve this). And, then she published it (revealed) it abroad (to others). Thank God for the news reports (Press) that have let people far and wide know about the matter. You must not disparage that methodology. Without it, many people suffer in silence without human support, because peoople have not discerned to be aware that there is a need.

Discern and make sure Scripture given is not contradictory of the spirit in which it was presented. It sends a mixed message which, many times, has been spoken in error. We are all speaking to one another sight unseen.

To each one --- Prayerfully think about how you would respond to a message that was sent personally by Jesus sitting on the other end (sight unseen, except by discerning His presence). Discern. Because that is what is happening in the midst. God bless.

Gravatar Peg, Paul calls for pastors to be examined and he says that their reputations have to be checked within the community of believers are without. DO you think, in writing broad, open letters that he commanded were ot be taken from church to church and read, that Paul didn't expect ubeleivers to also hear what he wrote? Yet he wrote very openly of the sins that those in church office were committing when those sins harmed the flock of God.

Here's a better one. You show me, from the Bible, were the broad and open communication regarding the shamefulness and need for rebuke of shameful sin is banned. Where does Paul say that nobody is to talk of Peter's Judaizing or the fornication of the young man at Corinth? Now, he does say the young man's sin is shameful, but his remedy is to excommunicate him, not to order silence.

Paul's method of silencing critics from the unbelievers was to openly deal with shameful sin. He never orders silence. And in a case like this, believers don't need silence. Jason Burrick and that whole Hyles gang of apostate and shameful preachers rely on true believers being silent about it. That's why they need to shout it from the rooftops. Cockroaches hate the light. So keep the light on them.

Gravatar Sorry, that first line should have been "Paul calls for pastors to be examined and he says that their reputations have to be checked within the community of believers and without."

Gravatar Paul addressed the sins - he did NOT lambast individuals with name calling and innuendo, etc. After checking out some of your homepages, I see that your agendas reach far beyond what's going on in this little church and you are using this situation as a stepping stone to further your cases. As for me, I'll keep my eyes and heart focused UP and leave the name calling to those with other agendas. I feel for the Allen Baptist people directly involved and I see how they can be blinded and influenced by others with agendas beyond their own. When the story dies down, as all do, and those with "other" agendas have moved on to the next story, I will continue to be standing by the Allen Baptist people in the spirit and praying with them when they are left in the rubble. (metaphorically speaking) I will continue to pray that God's will break through and be heard (and yes, I'm referring to the Pastor here) so that they can all get about God's business in His house.

Gravatar The only way to stand by the Allen Baptist people in any meaningful way is to demand that the man who has deminstrated he is unfit for church office be removed from church office. The only way to conduct God's business in God's house is to have godly people holding office in a godly manner. The bullying, the jumping up and down on furniture and the calls to the police must be done away with. I hope Burrick repents, vacates the office, and is discipled. But he is unfit for church office. Period. The remedy begins with that first step.

Gravatar Interesting how many folks are inviting us to their own websites, forcing their own agenda, or defending their own situations that are not even connected to this situation up in Allen. I wonder what that is all about.

I have an idea...

Let us retract our claws, hold our tongues, put aside our own situations, and vow to fervently and sacrificially interceed on behalf of the parties actually experiencing this turmoil. = the denomination, pastor, congregants, church at large. They are all in a delicate and difficult time right now.

Let us post our prayers here rather than our discord.

Let us unify as the one body that we should be.

Let us be anxious to see God show his glory during and after this situation.

Gravatar I think everybody writing is praying about the matter. Not a Saturday/Sunday comes that Karolyn is not on my mind and in my prayers. Nor can anybody read of the tears shed by the elderly members who were driven out and not go to prayer for them.

But let us also confront evil where it appears, especially in pulpits. James asks, what good is it to say to a hungry person, "be filles". So, what good is it to say, "The Lord will solve it all," when our own duty and God's commands tell us to confront evil. And abuse of church office is evil. Paul, John, and Jude openly confronted and rebuked evil. It's the missing element in today's church. Nobody wants to upset the apple cart, even if there are some really bad apples in there.

Gravatar Dear Heavenly Father, i lift these people up to you in prayer. please protect their hearts and their minds from the evil one. if that pastor has done wrong please make it public Lord. i pray that you will give Karolyn the comfort she needs at this very difficult time in her life. In Jesus Name, Amen

RESPONSE:
The anonymous author (above) does not appear to understand that my input here, offline, and on my website, has demonstrated that I am the only one here who has *exactly* experienced what Karolyn is now going through in her church. And it appears this anonymous person may have not yet read my prior posts in this thread to offer to help support Karolyn in this, her own hurtful situation. Perhaps some may resent that I am a member of the Clergy? My reputation and credibility as a Preacher remain widely known among many Christians.

As I have said, I have no agenda and it is specious to attribute that motive to me, since it does not apply. My sincere, Godly support remains -- rejected though it may be. Perhaps one someone may have been helped by what I have contributed. And, if so, then my job here is done and the record in heaven will continue to speak for me.

May God's continued peace and blessings richly abide, as God's blessed victory is already manifested in this situation.

Gravatar Again, I think the humility of saying "do nothing but pray" strikes the ear very well. It's a powerful appeal to the flesh. But if you want to obey the Bible, you do need to confront evil and rebuke it.

Gravatar To Jeri -
I sincerely agree with your last, Godly admonition.

For, even if all that Christians did was to wait on God, that would certainly be enough, if God said to that individual and/or corporate body to do nothing else but that. That's why it's important to discern God's voice. And, if we did nothing else but to "Stand, therefore," (moving nonetheless where and when God says), then that would be enough, too.

In agreement with you, it is also true that Jesus gave to His followers not only the power but also the authority over all the power of the enemy(ies)for when and if God says for His Beloved to move. And He does.

I receive that your spirit has learned that our walk is more than just knowing Scripture. But that we have to personally know "The Author and Maker" of all things. God speaks differently to each believer for His specific purpose for them. When we fail to discern, we can cause a lot of trouble in error. What God wants for one may be different for another, because it is according to His measure alone. And, it is God who prepares His servants to be able to meet those challenges He sends to build them up first to be able to build up the Body in Him. I have not quoted Scripture or preached but I do know verses. I have, however, spoken from the standpoint of God's Word and Spirit, as you (Jeri) have done. It would take a comprehensive Bible Study to convey this needed response in context with the Spirit of God's Word rather than to pull out certain segments without the background or the purpose. I am not speaking about theological training here. I am speaking about discerning in one's spirit what The Spirit is saying and confirming by His Word and by His witnesses who walk in His Word and who know how to discern His voice. No matter how long we may have been walking with God, nobody ever gets to know everything about God. Not even the Lord's Called Preachers. It is all about obedience to God. Otherwise, that could mean Christians were trying to usurp God's position and take His Throne. And, it is dangerous to even think like that. There is such a thing among believers as having false pride and false humility, which are manifested by the Holy Spirit to His clean vessels (i.e., clean in God's sight alone).

Just because Preachers fail does not mean God has done so or that His Church is not His organization. It is His Beloved Bride, regardless of how mankind wants to secularize it and have it their way. Look where it has gotten us today as in centuries past.
It is not what mankind does or says but it is about how they learn to respond (or not respond) to it to always give God glory. Discern.

God bless that one who does discern and obey. To Jeri, a true friend to the Lord's sheep in the time of trouble. what a blessing!

Gravatar i think some people on here are just a little too obsessed with this story . i think it is fine to go on here and offer our love , support and prayers for Karolyn . most of you probably do not even know the whole story about Karolyn's church, but yet you offer your opinions as if you do. yes sin should be rebuked, but the members of that church are responsible for that.

Gravatar Jennifer, we are members one of another. Again, if it is solely and exclusively and radically a local church matter, then any pastor could swoop into any tiny church, "stack the membership" to vote out the godly people, and install a cult.

Yes I would like everybody to calm down. Yes I think we should all stop posting our websites.

But no this is not exclusively a local church matter. It is a matter for the church at large when any pastor anywhere who professes Christ puts a 71 year old woman in handcuffs.

I've been documenting church abuse for over seven years, and I am telling you, the biggest wall is put up by Christians when they declare that the most heinous of sins are "a local church matter."

We are members one of another, and the 18 month old who was deliberately overdosed with Actifed in Illinois and killed by his evangelist father, the five year old boy molested in Florida by his pastor, the youth pastor in Califoria who took a 15 year old by promising that he truly loved her--they all affect all of us. If we had not stood by, ignorant and complacent, for the last two decades, Jason Burrick would never have been able to claim this church.

And if we continue to stand by without confronting and rebuking abusive pastors, there will be more innocent, godly people railroaded out and needlessly shamed. We can't run from this forever. A perverted and corrupted Christendom reaches out to harm the innocent.

As CS Lewis wrote, you don't get demons from fallen ants or even fallen men. You get them from fallen angels. So what do you get from fallen churches? You get the devil's own invading unsuspecting communities and devouring lives.

Gravatar Don't know how to verify this, but a commentor from the Battle Creek Enquirer claims to be a misssonary in Zimbabwe and says that the news story of Jason Burrick and Karolyn Caskey has made it to the newspapers over there in the capital city of Zimbabwe.

Gravatar All the cases I deal with are of abusive pastors. In the sense that this one adds to the evidence and helps show a clear pattern of neglect of church discipline across Baptist Fundamentalism, I suppose you could say I am using it to further a premise: that Baptist Fundamentalism is endangering itself (and the innocent) by its refusal to discipline its ministers.

Gravatar If the people at this church have such a problem with this pastor why haven't they done something to get him out ? do they think they can just wait around hoping somebody else will do it ? they must be very decieved by this person . why don't they stand up to him ? do they fear man or do they fear God ?

Gravatar i'm sorry if i sounded rude in my last post. i just don't understand why these people are so afraid of this person ? what can he do to them ? they need to take a stand against him .

Gravatar Again I say...

Gravatar jennifer, he gathered four elderly people into his office and screamed at them that they were fornicators. Behavior like that tends to drive off people who have no stomach for fighting, much less dirty fighting like that.
And Atlanta, feel free at any time to take your own advice and retire to pray. You keep telling others to "retract their tongues," yet you just keep speaking.

Gravatar Jeri, it's time for you to back off of the people on this blog. Most of us here are here because we read ONE article on CR Daily and felt led to respond and show our prayerful support to those who are DIRECTLY involved. It's sad that you've decided to personally attack us and use this forum to further your own agenda. Quite frankly, which of those of us that you've scorned do you think would now join up with your cause? Not me. What I will do is continue to stand by the members of the Allen Baptist Church, their pastor, and the people of Allen who are caught up in it. And believe it or not, I will continue to pray for you to keep your focus on Him and not so much on your cause - not that it's a wrong one - it's just your focus is out of balance. Atlanta, Jennifer, and others who have joined in prayer, I am glad to stand by your side, shields locked and swords drawn to fight in the spiritual realm against the evil that has come down upon this tiny church. May God's will and His love win out. In Jesus' mighty name. Amen.

Gravatar I would appreciate if everyone took a step back and realized that the purpose od this board was for the people of Allen Baptist.

Personal communications and attacks, as well as judgements are not part of this board.

I am getting tired of the lack of of decorum and will take this entire piece off the site should people not conduct themselves in a Christian manner and stay on point. You are welcome to email each other independently should you have comments that do not pertain to the group.

Gravatar New Battle Creek article:

http://www.battlecreekenquirer.c...EWS01/ 707290323

Gravatar I am praying for you Karolyn , i know God will bless you for standing up to the enemy. do not back down. God will give you the victory.

Gravatar Greetings in the name of the Lord.
I did not have the time to read every comment, but heard of this from rev. L.Dowell whom years ago went through something semelar herself.

Rev. L. Dowell, Five-Fold Minister
http://www.clergywo men.org/dowell_ cuffs.html
"Minister Arrested in Church" (Aug. 1992 article)

I am not from U.S.A so I don't know the laws. But is there a law against prayer walking in that community.or walking on the side walk or around a church ?
I will suggest, for her supporters, to walk around the church 2 by 2 or even one by one , distance in between , taking turns, and keep on praying day and night.Waging spiritual warfare,no need to speak out loud,or all attention to yourself or placards etc. Just unity and prayer... the devil have to leave. Together you will stand divided you will fall.It might take days, maybe years, but go he will go, or change he will change.
May God give you all strenght .

Gravatar I simply cannot believe that Burrick could give a good message on the plan of salvation and within seconds, turn the other side of himself and scream, yelling jumping on top of the Baptismal tank, over the back of it and still think God will deliver this message to the unsaved, and many of the suporters for karolyn have never been in a church. He totally destroys everthing he ever said, OH! my what is in this mans head. I woke up around 3am and thought of this . and cannot figure out how he can turn this animal side of himself loose and yet have his own little group sit there and his usher even laughted and thought it was cute that he was leaping and jumping around like a sick monkey. and he ask for people to bow their heads at the end and some didn't. he came down the asile and said SCREAMING ( BOW YOUR HEAD) several times repeating the same words. and when he couldnt get us in a uproar again, he made rude remarks about the Methodus church, ones that came there to support Karoly and all of us that were thrown out He is still aafter us so he can call the police this week he wouldnt come to the front door to shake anyones hands leaving, OH dear people this man has serious problems.

Gravatar Yes he does have at least one serious problem: It's called being lost in sin. But he's getting closer to breaking, himself. The fact that he would not come to shake hands shows that he is starting to feel defeated. Not that he won't admit defeat by "exploding," but he clearly is not as confident in his ability to stay in control as he was.

Kudos to those who are sticking it out.

Gravatar This is a respond to PULPITEER on THE REST OF THE STORY BLOG
I cant believe the words out of your mouth against KAROLYN CASCKEY and in favor of your mentor teacher Jason Burrick, if you like him so much why did you left his church? he got you trained gave you a few tips now you left looking for a church so you can preach his style?. You dont even look like a preacher, you and your fam are supper huble have nothing fam, (wish is ok with God) you have 5 kids and one in the way your kids all come to church with no shoes, your apearance is that of a homeless fam, this is why KAROLYN CASKEY GAVE YOU MONEY MANY TIMES TO HELP YOU AND IF SHE NEEDED SOME WORK DONE AROUND HER HOUSE SHE GAVE YOU THE JOB TO HELP YOU, NOW YOU COME ON THIS BLOGS AND CRITIZIESE THE HAND THAT FEEDED YOU AND IN FAVOR Of YOUR MENTOR CLOWN TEACHER, TRAITOR SHOULD BE YOUR BLOG NAME NOT PULPETEER, AFRAID TO PUT YUR OWN NAME BEN BROWN?

Gravatar Has Karolyn gone up to her cottage, or will she be attending the church today? Hope somebody provides an update. Thanks!

Gravatar HI KAROLYNS SUPPORTERS: A big support went back to church this sunday with Karolyn, Burrick really gave it to the Methodist Churches, and was not happy about the supporters. Well Karolyn and the supporters surprised him last night again (sunday) decided to go at the pm service also, boy he was furious and called them infidels, told them he contacted all the churches arround and they all said they would never had any of this people over in their churches, (HE IS REFFEREING about all this nice people Burrick let go from their own church , members and all, the church he is trying to steel) what a big lie because some of this churches has written letters to this nice people saying they will be welcome with open arms in their churches, and they already found new churches but want to get their own church back so you can see how a big lier this clown preacher is. He told Karolyn and her supporters that if they take comunion they would be sorry that GODS wrath jut might fall on them. HE IS THE ONE WHO SHOULD NEVER IN HIS LIFE SHOULD TAKE COMUNION. He also told the supporters that they ARE ALL KNOWN WORLD WIDE IN THE WEB, LOL he is the one world wide known EVEN INTERNATIONAL KNOWN with his satanics preaching ways, he said he had 94 kids in Bible School this sunday but his bulettin paper shows only 32 and I bet the truth was no more than 10. He was furious to see Karolyn and her support group (some of the people and members he let go from their own church)last nigh in church, he was not prepared for this, didnt have time to have his camara and tripod set up for this surprise, the sad thing is that he can insult them all he want but they cant talk back because he call 911 his favors friends, well not any more they ignore him now.
Wish was a way to still go back to the first page in this blog because there was all the good information that people need to know, wish we could just click and get that first page back to page one if needed. This blog is a relief for all the stress this man is causin in this town and more. Is rumors that, he is selling the church for $2000:00 but is not for sure yet, unless he can find a way to steel the deed also. Wont be nice to see this clown locked up in jail for life, he already have a Bible sooo highlighted, lol, he dont have to use the jail Bible. this would be a wonderful end to this circus, and who knows? miracles happends, GOD always have the last word.
Misty L.

Gravatar Misty, may I edit and reprint that?

Gravatar SURE JERI. THANKS
MISTY L.

Gravatar It sure is going just about as far as one could possibly go.

Karolyn went to Wed. night prayer meeting and a missionary was the speaker for the night.

She thought if they take up an offering , She felt led to put something into the offering plat. So she reached in and took out $5.00
and thought this little amount would help the family as they travel around to different place while on leave. she said it wasn't much. but figured every little bit would help

Well did she get a surprise. The MR Osborn that took the offering. She reached out to put her money into the offering plate and he jerked the plate from her and wouldn't take her money.

You tell me if this kind of treatment is right in this church.

Where are these people coming from. to treat a person like that. and to rob a missionary of an offering to help them out.

OH MY LORD; HOW FAR ARE THESE PEOPLE GOING TO DESTROY THIS PLACE. Pray that GOd will deal with him soon.

And all three weeks that we have been there to church. We have been treated and shunned like dogs.

No one speaks to us or anything. And then when servie starts Sunday morning and Sunday night Burrick gets on the platform and starts calling us Infidel . gossipers. slanders liars
all kinds of name. And yet it is none of that at all. People it is ONLY
about asking him to go by our Constitution, that he promised his people. But he said it takes away from is authoity. follow me 100% or it wont be pretty. didnt need a DEACON. this is what this whole thing is about. and NONE OF THE OTHER STUFF.

I have been a christian for many years, adn I have NEVER ran across anyone that has acted like this man acts. the worst of the worst

How can his people sit there and let him say all this stuff is a mystry to me. We have never said NOT ONE WORD. We just listen to him.

He does this to cause us to respond. so he can call the police again.

But no one says anything, because he is a sick person, and to think that his Deaacon and ushers laught when he acts stupid.

He said he called all the local churches in our area, Hillsdale area.

And and said not one church would take us in.

He is the biggest liar. becasue we have letters from churches welcoming us. he told this in church, and his people laughted at us all.

Gravatar Rett, can I post yoru story on my blog and the FFF?

-Jeri

Gravatar Jeri
I am so sick of all that goes on at
the church. place my comments any where girl that you desire.

Horrible of these people to act like this.

Gravatar Let me say one thinkg on here.
It is beyond my means to think of the action that goes on in this church.

He says we won't tithe, why should I help put bread in his mouth , when everything that comes from his mouth is the worst that has ever spewed from a person that calls himself a christian and pastor.

To think that even though we won't tithe. That his people will not allow us to place a few dollars into the offering for a missionary. a free will offering , is depriving the missionaries of work out there in this world.

TO me this is about as low as you can get. This flock that he has will surely have much to answer too. someday along with him self. GOd will buckle them all to their knees.

This simply breaks my heart to watch all this go on,
and yet he say that no church wants us, He said(I TOLD THEM < BRING THEM ON ILL TAKE THEM.

He so far has no choice. Otherwise why did he call 911. and that failed him. and yet he says , Bring them on.

He has to deal with us setting there, and this is killing him.

Wondering (DAN NOW WHAT DO WE DO? ) THE 911 DIDNT WORK) the police won't come and (OH GOSH DAN HERE THEY SIT.)
This is exactly why he calls us all this garbage in the middle of 11 am service. Doesnt this man realise what a fool he is making of himself.

Gravatar Hey, Jason or Dan, one of them, is freaking out over on the FFF under the screen name of "calledbyGodnotMan". It's pathetic.

Gravatar Well I thought I was the only one that had been followed to the bath room at the Allen Baptist Church
But Ruth got the same treatment this past Sunday. Aug 12.
Pretty bad especially when this woman has been a Sunday school teacher for 20-30 years in a sunday school room down stairs. and now has to be escorted to the bath room.

And they tried to give money to the offering plate as it went by. PASSED
them, But two people decided his money would go in, just to see if they refused them. Which they did and they turned around as the plate went in the next row and dropped his money in. Well that caused some talk among the ushers.

they guard the bath rooms, porches, and parking lots. and we laugh, what is it with these people.

They seem to be putting on quite a show INSIDE AND OUT.
