My favorite summer dessert! Butter usually comes to the top with my recipe, so I usually leave it out. Regardless, it's delicious.

Haven't thought of clafoutis in a long time. What a wonderful idea. I just purchased a bunch of peaches that are good and ripe but really hard. I was hoping they would get soft on the counter but it's not happening. Clafoutis is just the right dessert to use them in.
