Gravatar Now that is an interesting combo.
We recently made Avocado Gelato with the 11-13 year old class. It was fairly well received. The colour was pretty scary though.

Gravatar Great SHF entry! Asparagus is not my favorite vegetable, so I don't know if I'd be willing to "mar" my ice cream with it...*smile*...but the "tastes like pistachio" bit is causing me to consider it!
