In April, I bought a jello made with Hypocras wine. I found it in a nice shop in Les Cabannes, a small moutain village in Ariège, south-west of France. I tasted it and I liked particularly the wine and spices flavours combination. Next time I hope to be able to find a Hypocras wine bottle... But now I can try to cook it myself...


Gravatar Oh this sounds lovely! I've long enjoyed mulled wine, and this seems right up my alley. I love that you can drink this cold - can't wait to try it.
