That sounds really good ... I'm looking for interesting pie recipes, particularly since I've now found a couple of pie crusts that are good for cholesterol watchers (my husband had a heart attack a couple of years ago).

I love the addition of rosewater and icing sugar

I just love to drop in to see what's cooking. Your blog is so intriguing. To bad I missed this latest recipe. It would have been perfect for Dandelion Day. Hmmm...maybe I'll give it a try and save it for next year.
