Gravatar I have been in a kitchen for my San Francisco catering
business and it filled with the smell of horse raddish today. I dont like it one bit

Gravatar Hi Carolyn,
I'm guessing that you wait for the greens to die back before harvesting the roots? I've got a small horseradish patch that I have yet to pull anything from (started it a couple years ago with some roots from a neighbor). The weather is warmer here in Northern Cal than where you are, so the horseradish still has its above ground greens.
