Getting help is nice... it is about time there is help for us, wish I had that accessible as a child.
To those of you who are wanting to learn this: perhaps even thinking of paying money to become an empath - think again. If you were not born with this ability, get down on your knees, fold your hands and say a prayer of thanks.
A good analogy of what we go through on a regular basis would be rolling yourself in barb wire, pouring gasoline over yourself - then light the match. Imagine how nice that feels?? To all of you wannabee's; this is what it is like to be an empath a lot of the time; only the wire or the gasoline is not yours, and you are not the one doing the pouring.
Now.. would I want to give this up? Never; it would feel like being dropped by helicopter in the forest without a compass. This was given to me for a reason; part gift, part lesson and I respect the wisdom of the universe who gave this to me.
