I don't grok "Hector-stomped" but yeah. Marketing pukes too.

Is Hector-stomped an Iliad allusion, or is it some more modern pop culture thing I don't get?
the only other Hectors I know are the dog in some of the "Tweety and Granny" cartoons, and Hector Heathcoate.

Hector is an inside joke that no one is going to get but everyone understands. Hector was a bass player I knew that used to play bass with one foot propped up on his bass amp. During particularly fast, rhythmic portions of songs, he would stomp his one foot on his amp and cause all kinds of destruction. We used to joke with him about the "Hector stomp." It became a euphemism meaning that we were going to put the smack down on someone.

I thought it was an Iliad reference as well. Didn't they kill the dude and then drag him around the city.

Feel free to Hector-stomp select contracting personnel, Cullen. Indeed, I will offer up some names to your list.
