so nice to find you in the garden this morning. i wish that were my pup's face. it's actually the face of a little girl who was up for adoption and i couldn't resist giving her a run in the pippingtooth garden!

where do you live in nebraska. some of our very dearest friends live in bellvue. the colladays.

i do put pictures of our sweet pup, clara on the site from time to time. she is such a love. and she has a little sister coming around the first of june. a friend of ours has a lab who just gave birth to a bunch of black little bundles. so we've put our name on one.

cannot wait. tell me more about your life in nebraska. how did you find the flowergals?

yes...i have one bluebonnet growing at the edge of my garden. and they are covering the fields.

which reminds me i might need to head out to the ladybird johnson wildflower garden!! i'll take pics.

this has to be the epitome of ultimate dog happiness! what a marvelously cheery face your dog has. i love your page and check out new journal entries often. i am from Nebraska where we thought spring was close (my mini daffodils are just starting to bloom) until it snowed today. luckily it didn't stick around. are the blue bonnets out yet?

i'll definitely keep you posted about any trips we might make. we're considering taking a cruise. never have before. it's one of the only destinations that really appeals to me. and cruises you've heard people rave about?

hi, Curlin - thanks for stopping by my page - I live in Kenai, which is in the SouthCentral part of Alaska. We are about 150 miles soutwards from Anchorage. We'd LOVE to have you visit Alaska. If you fly in to Anc. let me know and we'll try to set up a meet and greet - show you around what I think is the prettiest part of the state - yes, I'm prejudiced.

where do you live in alaska?

i'm so glad you like the flowergals. how did you discover them? always enjoy hearing.

spring has sprung here in texas. i have wild hyacinths and daffodils blooming. my ranunculus are just getting revved up. my roses are blooming, too.

would love to hear more about you and your world in alaska.

Every time I see that commercial on tv for the birth control pill - background song says "there she goes, there she goes again . . ." I think of your flower cards - I think the drawing on the commercial reminds me of your "Raine" card.

I always wonder if it is you sitting there drawing.

I know - I'm weird - but I'm from Alaska, so what do you expect? )
