You can't make chicken soup with chicken shit.
Kyle looks like he has er significant limitations that will prevent him from becoming a top shelf NFL quarterback. You have to have the ability before you can have the skill.
And it works both ways. How many physically gifted quarterbacks have we seen come through the NFL and flop?
Jim Everett was a first round draft choice in 1986, the Oilers traded him to the Rams before he even played a snap. He excelled there for three or four years before he began to deteriorate into an average QB, then a bad one. He never had a position coach under John Robinson, when his natural talent hit the wall there was no one there to help him get over the hump.
Jason Campbell is approaching that wall, where he is getting all he can out of his raw ability and needs some help getting to the next level.
Hell, Tom Brady still calls in his high school for sessions.
I generally tend to agree with the conventional wisdom that says Jim Fassel's whole time in Baltimore should be discounted. He and Brian Billick were too close and I believe it when I read that Jim was obsessed with getting another head coaching job and was caught between not paying attention to the Ravens offense and trying too hard to stand out when he was.
Jim would have been a fine coach but because Dan Snyder has never played the expectations game with Redskins fans, those fans can never accept a guy like Jim. That gives me an idea for a piece on this...

Jim Fassel should fit right in with Snyder's FFL style of ownership. Weak coach & crazy owner...priceless!
