Rumor has it that anything above 30 SPF is not really legit. But maybe that's all it is - a rumor. Glad you got some time with family and friends before returning to work - and that you're finding solace in books and writing.

have you ever used this spray on stuff called foil (or in another brand)solarcaine? pick some up at the grocery store and it will be a lifesaver for your burn... at palio's (my old job) we used the solarcane & skin-in-freezer method whenever we would burn ourselves on the oven.
