Anyone publicly stripping naked in a Muslim country ... I can't think of anything to say! It's just unbelieveable.

Last time I checked, nude and/or topless sunbathing is also illegal in many parts of the US.

It reminds me of the news item about a year ago from Italy when some carpet-riders wanted exclusivity for their women beach users. Not that they're anything to gawk at, gooed up with camel fat and drooling couscous.
I guess they were 'bask separatists'.

I have to say that I have no interest in vacationing in the middle east anywhere. But having spent some time in college in the Mid E I can state unequivocally that arab men are the biggest pervs on the planet! These laws are comical!
