As I will mention in my presentation to your folks tomorrow, 140 of your employees (including you and your boss) self-identify themselves on Facebook as employees of your organization.
And that doesn't even touch those out there who talk about your organization but don't work for you.

140 employees out of an organisation of 43000+ is not many, however I think the ideology and the tool itself should be considered. Interesting article Dani.
