The immigrants in Southern California bring their horrid driving with them to the USA. This is no surprise. I expected it and predict it will continue until police deal with them. I've seen many of these people in Mercedes and BMWs driving at excessive speeds with pedestrians in crosswalks even next to elementary schools!!

The problem is not the immigrants (a classification), but it's the minimal standards we have for obtaining a driver's license.
