Of course you are. We all are worthy of love. But we have to love ourselves first, in that you are right. And it took me a while after being separated from the nasty one n my life to realize that too. I also love myself now. Which has opened my heart to those around me.

This is something I have been working on myself, and I am getting there and stronger every day. If I believe the bad things that people have told me about myself, then I let them win. If I choose to believe that I am worth it, then I win. It's hard when your whole life people have beat you down with words, now I realize that when they do that it's because they feel shitty about themselves and really not about me at all.
