I go with Waylon Jennings. More integrity in his little finger than the assembly-line pretty boys in cowboy hats turned out by Nashville these days in their robotic bodies. His death and that of Johnny Cash leave gaping holes in that musical genre that are impossible to fill. Yeah, ol' Waylon had an easy gig making music and narrating Dukes. But the producers did nothing to change him or his style or his music.

Gravatar I got Roscoe, too, Dale--only I didn;t have the guts to put it on my blog.

Like Gerard and you, I'm also a Waylon Jennings fan.

From the hills of West Virginia, where the Dukes of Hazzard is not just a show but a way of life,

Earl
