Now, DP- take it from the Hardcore NFL Draftnik on St. Blog's- the Lions conducted a masterful draft. Have to hand it to the overaged Penn State fratboy, Matt Millen. He conducted a strong, disciplined draft, adding three bona-fide college superstars to Mooch's starting lineup- Roy Williams, Kevin Jones, Teddy Lehman. Could take the Sabbath off after a masterful Day 1. Any or all of them could go the way of Millen's Penn State homie, Ki-Jana Carter, and blow out a hammy in preseason play. Like every other draftee, including Eli 'I'd Rather Be In New York Than Sunny San Diego' Manning. But at least Millen had A Plan. More than most Lions GMs in franchise history.
