Personal experience:

OSHA sucks. The municipality that I formerly managed once once fined our department of public works $1,500 for misplacing their "right to know" file. OSHA sucks.

I'm not done. The file was misplaced because we built a new public works building. In the cofusion of the move, the file was temporarily misplaced. Once the file was found, the fine was reduced from $1,500 to $750.
