Innocent until proven guilty indeed. Every new story I read about this guy suggests that the case against him is unraveling like a cheap sweater.

Maybe, maybe not. It certainly appears that part of the problem is that the Thai police chief is offering up interpretations of the interrogation that are passed off as details of the confession--e.g., drugs, picking her up after school.
