Yep. I have an actual, dead-trees copy in my possession as of yesterday.

Mr. Stirling has played a clever trick wtih titles. The Protector's War seem to be mostly meetings at Corvalis, and A Meeting At Corvalis seems to be mostly ... war with the Protectorate. But I can forgive that.
